2026 Player Application
ELIGIBILITY: This tournament is open to male amateur golfers. Contestant must meet the minimum age requirement of 16 years as of the entry deadline.
DATE: Wednesday, July 22nd - Practice Rounds. Thursday - Saturday, July 23rd - 25th - Tournament Rounds. 54 Holes Stroke Play with a cut to the low 60 and ties for the Final Round.
FIELD SIZE: The field will be limited to 78 players.
ENTRY PROCEDURE:
1. Complete the entry form below and submit prior to the entry deadline of 5 p.m.(EDT) on Friday, June 19, 2026.
2. All applicants will be notified via email of application status following entry deadline. If accepted, you will receive a link to the payment portal to pay the $395 entry fee.
3. Please refer to the Player Information page which will include answers to many tournament related questions.
EXEMPTION CATEGORIES: Players may be exempt based on any one or more of the following categories:

Exemptions based on previous Southeastern Amateur Tournaments:
A-1 Any past champions (Amateurs in good standing)

Exemptions based on other Amateur events/rankings:
B-1 Top 300 Ranked Players in the World Amateur Golf Ranking as of the entry deadline (Conditionally Exempt)
B-2 2026 Dogwood Champion
B-3 2026 Jones Cup Champion - Gray Albright
B-4 Top 5 and ties from the 2025 Rice Planters Invitational
B-5 2026 Haskins Award Finalists
B-6 2026 Men’s NGI Champion
B-7 2025 Moraine Intercollegiate Champion - Cayse Morgan
Exemptions based on Country Club of Columbus events:
C-1 Reigning Country Club of Columbus Men’s Champion
C-2 Reigning Country Club of Columbus Junior Champion
C-3 Two Host Facility Exemptions
